We treat our customers in the same way we would like to be treated ourselves!
If
you are in anyway not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days and
we will refund your money or exchange it for another item.

Customer Satisfaction is top of our agenda and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Most
customers are entirely happy with their purchases but sometimes they may have
problems like having already received a present of a similar item or colours not
matching exactly, any of these reasons are completely understandable and we refund
without question!
If returning any item please add a brief note to tell us the reason for the return (just for our information and of course your name and address + invoice number if possible.
