Warranty Claims

Warranty cover extends for two years from the date of purchase. During this period all faults caused by manufacturing defects will repaired free of charge. Warranty rights cover all parts except glass, battery, crown, leathers straps or steel band links.

If making a warranty claim please send the watch to PILGRIM along with warranty certificate, date of purchase and retailer. The watch will then be repaired if possible.
